Okay, now this is unbelievable. We are running
an underground newspaper for a high school so it would be natural to
make some basic assumptions as to what kind of material we are going
to print. Apparently, David Greensberg did not make such assumptions.
David is a 43 year old man who submitted his cartoon of the Hawaiian
islands. Now this cartoon has nothing to do with school, was not
made by a student or teacher, and frankly, in my opinion, is not
funny. This would normally be fine, and I would still print it, if
it was funny. It is the part where David describes himself that has
gotten him a spot on this site. His letter to us is hysterical. Here
is his reply after we asked him for a short description of himself
and for the drawing:
Hi,
i'm 43 years young, stunningly handsome, incredibly soulfull,
devastatingly insightfull, and frighteningly perfect in every way, a legend in my own mind .
I recently moved to California for a short stint from Hawaii where i resided for the past 20 years or so.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, self improvement, puppies, and dancing naked in the rain, my parents were carnies, circus folk you know,
they smell like cabbage.
i would like to work for world peace.
